I use SourceSafe 6.0d (build 9848) with VS 2003 with no problem.

1. click any menu item under File -> Source Control, report "The operation
could not be
completed"

2. Tools -> Options -> Source Control -> SCC Provider, report the same
error.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
