I've developing .NET projects using VB.NET with a Dell 8200 1.9 MH with =
1 gig RAM. From time to time my development environment seems to be =
frozen for several seconds. How can I fix it?

Let's hope you meant 1.9GHz instead of MHz - if you truly meant 1.9Mhz then
I would suppose this could be your problem. Also, to address your problem,
it could be a great many things - i.e. virus software, system restore,
indexing service - any of those could cause momentary 100% consumption of
CPU resources - not to mention malware, adware or a trojan.

Hi,
Of course my machine is 1.9 GHZ. It is cleaned (I hope) of all sorts of
garbage and spy, but I might have a system restore running under the hood.
My OS is XP SP-2. Where can I find the restore option?
