Depends on the edition of the tool that you have. Check the visual studio
homepage to see what version has the upgrade wizard:
http://www.microsoft.com/vstudio. From my recollection I think you have to
have the Enterprise version.

Thanks for replying. A project upgrade is not what I'm after. Ther
is actually a tool that upgrades snippets of VB 6.0 code as opposed to th
whole project. As described in this link

What I want to know is if this tool is available in VS 2002 and if so and i
doesn't show up in my tools menu what can I do to get it there
