On my system I found that sometimes you can SHIFT-click a
link and open it with a new window, but other times it just
highlights the entire page and replaces it with the new page.
This is something I use all of the time in IE, but for some
reason it only works with certain pages in the help. I've yet
to figure out why. At any rate, when I want to do that and it
doesn't work as expected, I can just right-click and pick Open
New Window, which just duplicates the page, then click the
link normally and I have two windows. Thought this might
help someone else sometime...
