I found the bookmark key sequence, but it seems like a boolean type of
thing, it's either on or off. Is there a way to create a numbered bookmark
so I can quickly go to bookmark #4 and then jump to #8 and so on?

Not "out of the box". Check my free VS.NET add-in collection called
DPack, which among many other features, supports numbered bookmarks.
Take a look at my blog to see a screenshot of what's coming on the
bookmarks side in one the feature releases. Hope this helps.
