If you go to Tools, Customize, select Edit Toolbar, click Commands Tab, and
scroll to Outline Hide Selection, it is still there, but it does not appear
anywhere. Nor can you drag it as suggested (X appears when you drag).
I never tried to use it in VS2005 before, but after looking as you have, it
does not appear that it exists in VS2005. I know it is helpful, and #regions
do not do the job, but it appears that we are out of luck, unless someone
with more knowledge than I have answers the question.
