visual studio .net service packs: Is it possible to build a new slipstream
installation CD of Visual Studio 2003 with Servicepack 1
included?

If it is possible please tell me how to do it.
I couldn't find something using google.

Trying to decompress VS7.1sp1-KB918007-X86.exe results in
one file S918007.msp which doesn't help me.
