visual studio .net setup:
Every time I start up VS. 2003 I get the message "Please wait while Windows configures Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Developer 2003" I wait about 2 minutes and it goes away. The applicaton log says : Product: Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Developer 2003 - English -- Configuration completed successfully.

But the next time I start it up it give me the dialog again.

Check the Application event log for entries from MsiInstaller prior to the
entry that says that the installation was successful.
The format of the entries that you are looking for is something like 'The
detection for component {GUID} failed...'
That will help find out what is causing the repair.

How do I stop this? Is something being loaded with the Enterprise version?
