Please try a maintenance scenario running from source (CD). You could make
a repair and then unistall. Or you could go directly with uninstall.
If that does not work, then you can use a msiexec /x [product code], where
[product code] is the product GUID for VS 2002.
Please let me know if it resolved your problem.

|I just realized that someone else posted a similar post. For that I
|apologize as I just ran across it. However, he was given the correct
|solution for VS.NET 2003, whereas I need to uninstall 2002. Could someone
