Should I upgrade from VS.NET 2002 - 2003?

Up until recentlty I have been using VS.NET 2002 mainly
to familiarize myself with the dot net platform. I am
currently working on an e-commerce project that will be
built with VS.NET. The programming language that I will
be using is VB.NET. My question is - should I upgrade to

VSNet2003 won't install on Toshiba Laptop

I get into the setup of VSNet2003 on my Toshiba Laptop
Satellite 1800 series, W2k Advanced Server and it shuts
down my laptop EVERY time!
Anyone have any ideas? Everything else is good, all the
drivers and hardware check out just fine... it's only
during this install I have issues!... more >>

I tried installing .NET 2002 on my computer (Win98) - but
on inserting the first CD and letting the setup.exe run I
just get some silly html file about using this computer as
a test machine or something. It won't install.
Am I right in thinking that this is simply because it
isn't designed ... more >>

Hi There
We have an MSI package which is causing problems on some
machines and not on others.
I heard about an MSI.CHM help file which described some
ways to debug MSI packages; and that this CHM file was
part of the Platform SDK or Windows Installer SDK.

Hello,
We have recently received the DVD for Visual Studio .NET
2003 Architect edition. We have several computers that do
not have access to a DVD drive. (Some are based in home
offices) I've seen the documentation for installing from
a network share, but I haven't seen any information... more >>
