Please enter a valid product key to use this product

I have a problem with installing .Net 2003 on my Windows XP Profesional. I
installed the latest windows updates including sp1.

i've downloaded the ISOs and burned the three CDs for the
july 2003 msdn library. when i try to install it (full
install), it always fails at the end of the second CD,
telling me it cannot find the following file:

I know this is kinda wierd, but there is a problem when you are using the
Visual Database Tools & even the XML Schema viewer for Visual Studio.Net
2002 on an AMD athlon machine with Office 2003 Beta 2 (Technical Refresh

I installed VS 2003.Net and when I pressed F1, it said
that MSDN is not installed and advised to do that. I
exited and then installed Jan. 2003 edition of MSDN.
But VS.Net still complains that MSDN.Net is not
