visual studio .net setup : Custom Action not working

Hi,
I am adding a sql file which will attached a database
placed in one particular folder.
But it never works.

Any idea?

As I was not actively working on this requirement
previously, could'nt replied to your reply of yours.

I checked for the url which you gave below. But I
could'nt get that link. Can you pls update me in this
regard?

I would try taking a look at the walkthrough "Walkthrough: Using a Custom
Action to Create a Database During Installation"
at

I think it shows how to do much of what you are trying to do.
