I I select the What's New link to check for Visual Studio service packs I
recieve the following error:

Visual Studio . NET 2003 setup encountered errors while attempting to
download required files. Check you Web browser configuration settings and
your conneciton hardware, and then try again.
Retry Cancel

If I select Retry I receive this message (and my co-worker gets the same on
his vs2003)

No new Visual Studio Service Releases are available
Go to the WIndows Update Web site
http://www.windowsupdate.com
to update this machine with the latest system security patches.
=======================

Browser is up to date, OS is current and has latest updates so what's behind
the above messages?
