Internal Error 25003 should be related to installation source. Have you
already tried the following tests?
(1) copy CDs contents on your hard disk (and launch setup from there) by
using
XCOPY command as described in the following article:

Setup
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=307372 (2) try to install from the network, as suggested by readme file, section
"4.1 Facilitating Setup over a Network". Readme file is also available
