All was working (vb.net) prior to Norton's Antivirus and Internet Security. Now small apps do not run. Shut Norton down, still new or existing apps won't run. Tried to repair .NET ... error, tried to uninstall... error, deleted MS .NET folder and tried to install ... error with ISetupC...more >>
