visual studio .net setup:
Does anybody know how to resolve not being able to view pages either in
Visual Studio .net help or external to that environment.

I used to have that problem, but I had a more resource poor computer at the
time.

I'd try removing and reinstalling the MSDN. Can you view ANY HTML Help
pages? If not, your IE installation may need repair.
