I have a MSI file which I use for Installation of new version and for
Upgrade.
When I first install the application I can insert a path for the
application.
In upgrade mode the application also asks me what is the path for the
Upgrade.

When I try to access the VS.Net 2003 installer from Control Panel or
directly from the CD image, and click on the Visual Stuio.Net link
(second one from top), I get a Windows Installer dialog with the
