visual studio .net setup: I could not find this tool in VSNET 2003. I checked the installation and
could find any option to install this. Where do I get this?

It's part of the Platform SDK.

I can't tell you, where you can find the Guid-Generator in VS.Net, but you
can create a new Guid programmatically by calling

System.Guid.NewGuid()
