Installing Enterprise AND Visio integration

I have installed Visual Studio.Net Enterprise 2003 and Visio Ent Arch 2003. However, I don't seem to have any integration from VS to Visio, e.g. I don't see "Visio UML" on Project menu.
A related issue is that I can't find any documention on using features in 2003 Enterprise.
