Are you getting an error message during the install?

Many times, with these type of error messages, you can simply pull out the
CD and very gently with a very soft cloth (e.g. Eyeglass Lense Cloth) wipe
the bottom of the CD down in a circular motion. Once you do that, place
the CD back in the drive and Retry the install.

You could also try a different CD-Rom drive.
