Well, considering the date on the OM, you've probably already got it
installed, or you've gone to another line of work... ;-)

But just in case:

Did you install the Windows Component Update CD first?

Once you do this, the install should be a no-brainer.

then continue with the other 10 CD's that install Architect 2002, correct?
This is what our tech tried and he did not have any luck. If someone could
