Error 1305 means it can't read a file as you see in the dialog. There
should be an MSI log that is created in your %temp% folder. If you look in
this file and search for "1305" and see if there is more information about
what file it can't find. You might also want to try copying the MSI to the
local machine and right-click on it to install it from the local machine.
It's possible this might also be a corrupt CD issue.

I ma trying to install Vs.Net and the installation always fails at this
particular point: "Setup Runtime Files". This happens when I am trying to
runl the pre-req CD to install all the components. If I go to the Control
Panel to select to install "bootstrap.msi", it throws me this error: "error

happening.
