visual studio .net setup: Installing VS .NET EA 2003 on a clean OS install on XP Pro. Install fails what seems to be about 80% through the installation process with the following error: "Could not configure settings for Application Center Test Controller. Access is denied. (0x00000005)" I've tried going through this process several times with no luck... Also it seems that the user that the installer creates, doesn't get deleted, as well as the ACT directory

What should I do

Don't know if I can help, but I installed EA on XP Pro without a hitch
(except for a problem with the 'Help' system).

1) Be sure you first check for and install any and all available windows
updates prior to the EA install.

2) Be sure you are logged in as an Administrator before the EA install.

But if you've already done all that, and if it still fails, someone else is
going to have to advise, 'cause that's all it took for me.
