visual studio .net setup:
I cannot find a way to specify an Icon for product Uninstall as listed

Primary Output isn't necessary at all, you can always just browse to the
files you want to include in the setup.

For your icon, the project properties has an AddRemoveProgramsIcon property
that lets you browse to a file you're installing.
