Trouble Installing VS.NET C# Express

visual studio .net setup:

Hi

I uninstalled preview ed of Wihdbey but when I am trying to install Express
Beta I complains about the prerequisist. How can I uninstall the
prerequisist that came with Widhbey preview ?

Which prerequisite is it complaining about?

Locate the prerequisite that the installation is complaining about in
Add/Remove programs and Remove it.

Mine did the same thing. It asked me to uninstall the "Visual Studio .Net
Prequisites - English". That's all it said.

There was no entry in the Add/Remove programs list. I had to delete the
following registry keys:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{4DA0DC5F-5E58-4FC0-A508-56E90AC5AAC7}]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\F5CD0AD485E50CF45A80659EA05CAA7C]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\F5CD0AD485E50CF45A80659EA05CAA7C]

After uninstalling everything I could think of, I searched the registry for
that particular string and found the keys above. I backed up those entries
in the registry and then removed them.

The install went without any problems.
