Hello,
What would be the best design for setting up a develompment environment =
(I dont mean the IDE, but "a developer team").
Developer pc's have VS.Net installed locally
Projects are on a (file)-server

hi, when Prerequisites inserted, runs for less than a min and pop-up window
state problem with install some components and finish installtion. Only can
click OK to close windows and quit setup.

Hello all. We're getting a strange popup on Visual Studio .NET 2003 at
startup. It's titled Machine Debug Manager, and has this text in it with an
OK button:

Hello all, I think the title is quite clear enough.
I try to put the 6 VS CDs on a DVD, and to do that I followed the Admin
procedure to create a network image and put this image on a DVD and this
doesn't work, the setup always asks for the CD1.

and vb6 installed (in case this may make a difference)
I have successfully installed the pre requisites, rebooted and have
repeatedly tried ot complete setup from disk 1.

I get this error when trying to compile, when I am logged in with a regular
(non-admin) account. I have power-user settings for this account.
When I launch VStudio as admin (either "run as..." or when logged in) all is

encounter a point where a large number of files are reported missing
from the cd, the problem exists mainly when the application is

name - and select build - windows installer starts, asking for the
installation CD. When supplied, it finishes its work and setup project
