visual studio .net setup: I get this error when trying to compile, when I am logged in with a regular
(non-admin) account. I have power-user settings for this account.

When I launch VStudio as admin (either "run as..." or when logged in) all is
fine.

I'm using VStudio .NET 2003 professional (academic) and it's installed on an
NTFS drive on Windows XP. It's a fresh install.

I guess it's permissions-related.

When I launch the Msdev command prompt as admin, I can run "cl.exe" and not
when I'm running with my usual account...

Any hints?
