When I try to install VS.net 2003, I get the following error before the prereqs can be installed:

"Setup has detected that another program requires the computer to reboot. You must reboot the computer before installing Visual Studio .NET Prerequisites. Once the system reboots, you need to restart help." yadda yadda yadda.

Anyway, I reboot and run setup again, and it tells me the exact same thing. Done it 3 times now. Any thoughts?
