I am trying to connect a CE.net 4.2 device to VS2005. In VS 2003 you had to
download CE.net utilities for Framework 1.1. Is there a 2.0 version?

Or is there a different method of connecting a CE device to VS2005? I have
already installed and connected through ActiveSync 4.0.

vs2005 only does CE 5. It works with PPC 2003
which is based on CE 4.21, but plain CE 4.x it
won't do -- not as far as debugging, deploying
from the IDE, using older SDKs, and so on. I
suppose you could force it, but who knows how.
