I'm not much of a developer and am actually trying to learn some stuff about
InfoPath. The examples I have all use VS2003 so I bought and loaded VS 2003.
When I try to open the examples I get the message:

I've uninstalled all pre-release versions (beta 2 and msdn lib), then
attemped the full install of Visual Studio 2005 Professional.
Two message:

Hello
A message box asking for another disk is displayed midway through
installation of VS 2005 . As far as I can tell there is no other disk.
platform: XP Professional with SP2.
install started via setup.exe on dvd root directory.

I am installing vs 2005 team edition. I checked all 3 cds with crc305.exe
and they were ok. I have loaded the third cd and the green progress bar is
filled. The message "Executing action:RemoveTempHxDs" is displaying. The

I was told that you had to add the Visual Web Developer as an option
when loading VS 2005.
I went back to add/remove components to add that option.
When I looked at the component list. The option for Visual Web
Developer Template was checked.

EXE's created with VS 2005 do nothing!
Here's the background.
I installed, and have been running successfully, VS 2005 since the
initial release on November 7. Just yesterday, I noticed that when I
try to "open" the EXE for a solution created by VS 2005, it does

We have a C# application which calls DTEXEC.EXE. SQL Server (2005) is not
located on the same machine where C# application runs. Hence, DTEXEC.EXE file
doesn't reside on machine where C# application runs.

This is bizarre.. I'm trying to install VS.Net 2003 ENT ARCH from MSDN DVD.
When I do, I keep getting this dialog box saying:
Command line parameters:

Hi all
We have a problem using VS 2005!
We can't use "Enter", "Back", the arrows and commands like ctrl+c/ctrl+v
This is working correctly on VS 2003 which we have installed on the same
machine...
Any suggestions?
VS 2005 is english, OS (XP Pro) is german

I have Symantec Antivirus Corporate 8.1
I'm using PDA hp2790 with OS 5.0
I cannot get the PDA to connect to my ActiveSync.
