I have recently installed VS.NET2003 on a new computer. When I create a new
project an error message of the specificed module could not be found is
displayed. The project file is then created. If I attempt to add a form to
the project using a form template I receive the following error "Cound not
run the 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .net
2003\VC#\CSharpProjectItems\LocalProjectItme\..\CSharpAddWinFormWiz.vsz'. I
have verified that this file does exist on my local machine. I have
attempted reparing my install of visual studio and I have also uninstalled
and reinstalled VS2003. What other steps may I follow to fix this.

All I can offer at the moment is sympathy - I have run into very similar
thing - where my VS installation won't recognize a vbproj file - yet all the
files that it would indicate aren't available are actually there - when I
look for them myself. This would suggest that the registered information for
the apps is corrupted, but my MANY attempts to repair and full out un-install
and re-install have failed so far. I have a post a few post after this one
looking for a solution too - good luck
