Creating new project results in error

I have recently installed VS.NET2003 on a new computer. When I create a new project an error message of the specificed module could not be found is displayed. The project file is then created. If I attempt to add a form to the project using a form template I receive the following error "...more >>

Does using Visual Studio.NET Installer write to the registry?

When one creates an MSI file using Visual Studio.NET installer, unless one specifically sets up the MSI file to write to the registry, does the installer write anything to the registry by default at all? If so I'd appreciate knowing what and where is written to the registry. Thanks....more >>
