visual studio .net setup:
Hi all.
I've created an AddIn that will compile a web setup project automatically.
But I got a problem that seems to be very annoying:
I'm attempting to build an MSI to deploy my ASP.NET Web site with a Visual
Studio .NET 2003 deployment project (vdproj). When I build the deployment
project, it gives an error message like the following:

ERROR: Unable to build folder named '<folder name>'

The MSI is built successfully, but Visual Studio reports it as a failed
build. This is causing problems for my automated build script. After
searching around, it appears that the problem is caused by having folders of
the same name at different locations in my Web site. (i.e., /a/b and /b) The
only solution other people seem to have found is to rename folders so that
the names are unique within the project. That would be difficult for me
because it would break a number of links/references, and I'd like to hope
there's a better solution.

Thank you very much for your time.

Any chance anyone has found a solution to this one.

It is extremely annoying since I am now way beyond changing the setup
of my folder structure.
