What is the differences between .NET Framework 1.1 and .NET Framework SDK ?
Do I need both of them ?

Hi,

The .NET Framework SDK contains .NET Framework itself plus additional
tools and help files. So you should install .NET Framework SDK and it will
provide all .NET functionality.
