Attempting to install VS.Net Pro Feb 2005 CTP, I always get an error that the
installer can not copy ucs20.dll_0001.D0DF3458_A845_11D3_8D0A_0050046416B9
from the cabinet _13124_SdmModels.msm. This is on Win XP Pro. I have
uninstalled VS.Net 2003.

We are trying to deploy visual studio using Group Policy, we have had no
other problems with any other applications, nor with the prereq's for Visual
Studio, however when we try to deploy VS.NET 2003 through VS it fails with
the error message "Internal Error 25003".

I've been trying to install VS.NET 2003 Enterprise Architect. Whenever I ran
step 1, the installer would start the "VIA Service Pack 4.05v" setup. Even
when I let it complete and reboot my machine, the same thing would happen

But I want to force the target physical folder instead of the
"c:\inetpub\wwwroot" (or the root folder used by IIS)

Is there a patch for VS2002 and/or VS2003 that will allow an asp.net app
install on a web site other than the default? Microsoft personnel have
suggested on Google the existence of a patch, but not an ID number. Host
heads, ports, and/or IPs could be altered to produce another web site on the
