.Net framework 1.1 setup -- visual studio .net setup

Hello,

I have Visual Studio.NET 2002 which came with a .Net framework v1.0. I
upgraded my version of .net framework to 1.1 so that I could use System.Data.
odbc. My problem is that I still cannot find that namespace.

When I click on Help --> About, it still show Microsoft .NET framework 1.0.
What do I need to do to make sure that my visual studio .net opens with
Framework v1.1 instead of v1.0. I have been struggling with this for a long
time now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

HELP!!!!!!!!

To use .NET Framework v1.1 with Visual Studio, you must update to Visual
Studio .NET 2003. VS2002 will not work with 1.1.
