For the components, it can be used without any problems, but I strongly suggest you uninstall the Pro edition first, since
Enterprise Developer edition has more features than Professional edition, eg PL/SQL (environment language services)...
And if you installed both, it does not give any benefit but taking a lot of your hd space.
