visual studio .net setup:
I am trying to install VS .NET 2003 Pro. on a Dell Dimension 5000 PC. I
have previously installed it on this PC without a problem, but this
time the following happens:
A dialog box is shown with the following message: 'Setup is loading
installation components. This will take a minute or two.'
The progress bar in the box gets to about 75% and the I get the
following message: 'A fatal setup error has occured. Look at
C:\Documents....\Temp\vsinstall71.txt for more information. Cancelling
setup'
I then get 'Suite Integration Executable has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for this inconvenience.'
Followed by:
Data Execution Prevention - Microsoft Windows (title)

I have tried disabling antivirus, anti-spyware and firewall but the
same thing happens.
