Why do we need to use "SMSWrapper setup\setup.exe ..." to install VS2005 with
SMS?

Could we use "setup/setup.exe ..." directly ?

especialy if SMSWrapper always return the exitcode 1603.

I used the "setup/setup.exe ..." of Visual Studio 2005 directly in SMS.
Visual Studio 2005 logs indicate no error, and every thing seems to have
been installed correctly, but the EXITCODE returned to SMS is "1" instead of
an EXITCODE "0". Because of the EXITCODE "1" SMS consider the installation to
have failed.

And I still want to know why the documentation indicate I should use
SMSWrapper.
