Error in installing VS 2005 Pro

I can't seem to install this on Win XP SP2 system. It keeps getting locked on
htmllite.dll even though the file is on the installation CD (through MSDN).
Anyone seen this before?... more >>

I have just resorted to a full uninstall of both VS.NET 2003 and 2005
followed by a re-install of VS.NET Enterprise version.

I made the mistake of registering the PSDK to Visual Studio .net 2005. It
removed all the installed search paths setup by the application. I tried to
repair and then remove/add VS and it did not restore the paths. How can I
reset the paths or what are all the paths ????
