visual studio .net setup : Installation created through VS.NET 2005

Is it possible to write scripts in the setup project created through Visual
studio .net 2005 same as writing scripts for Installshield ?

Not installscripts in that propritary language, no, but VBScript, JScript,
C++ Dll calls, yes.
