Is it possible? I have to support ASP, ASP.NET 1.1 and start looking at ASP
2.0. I'd like to not have to switch PC's and the articles I've seen on

You can install both products on the same machine (VS 2003 and VS 2005), as
they are separate and independent products. There was another thread here
recently that asked about ASP with VS 2005 installed, and several responses
indicated that there should not be problems. You'll have to continue to use
whatever tools you were using on the straight ASP.
Having said all that, the last part of your question:
"the articles I've seen on supporting 1.1 and ASP under VS 2005 don't look
promising"
is a different story.
You may already be aware of this, but VS 2003 uses v1.1 of the .NET
Framework, and VS 2005 uses v2.0, so you will not be able to work on
existing apps that use v1.1 in VS 2005.
