VS .NET 2005 cannot install -- visual studio .net setup

visual studio .net setup : VS .NET 2005 cannot install

XP SP2.
VS .NET 2005 Team version.

Just at the early phase of installation at disc 1.
"Suite Integration Toolkit Executable encountered a problem"

I have just click the "Don't send report" and the whole setup process was
over.
