visual studio .net setup: I include .NET Framework in our install. Execution of the .NET Framework MSI
may require a reboot, depending upon the current operating system version.
If a reboot is required, once the machine is back up, the setup.exe the user
began to install my app attempts to continue by executing my MSI.
Unfortunately, Installer returns a file not found error on my MSI.

Has anyone heard of this and found a solution to the problem?

Would you please provide more detailed information about that error? Which
file did the Windows Installer not find? Is that file you want to install
to the target machine? Or is it a .NET Framework's file?

If you run your installation package in a machine which has already have
the .NET Framework, does this error occur?
