visual studio .net setup : Problems Installing SP1

All -

I have tried, several time, to install the SP1 for VS 2003 but keep getting
an error message:

(paraphrasing) "Unable to locate source for installation. Can not
proceed."

Now... I have both the original CD and I just downloaded the cd.iso from
MSDN for VS 2003... yet it still fails.

Any ideas?

All -

Well..... It looks like SP1 destoryed my Vs2003. Im not one to
complain..but... Where should I complain?
