visual studio .net setup : VS.NET 2003 prerequisites requieres reboot

I'm trying to install Visual Studio .NET 2003 in a machine where is already
installed Visual Studio .NET 2005. Every time I get a "another program
requires reboot" message when I try to install the VS2003 prerequisites
althought I have reboot several times. How can I prevent this? Or which are
these prerequisites to install them separately?

What you have is a Windows Installer problem.
