I got around this error by Downloading the latest Merge Module called
CrystalReports11_5_NET.msm (despite the fact that crystal's docs instructed
me to add three merge modules of which none of them were named
CrystalReports11_5_NET.msm)
However now the application builds, but when I double click the .exe,
nothing happens. Note that I successfully installed a simple "Hello World"
program with no problem so I'm fairly certain it's a Crystal issue.
Any Help or ideas Appreciated.

The error is the 'clr20r3 ' error that shows up in the event log (at least
I'm ceratin that the machine is using Framework 2.0 settings.)
But this is simply rediculous. I have entered the license key into the
KeyCode field for CrystalReports_5_NET_2005.msm. I have no idea what to do
about this. I have wasted two days trying to deploy a simple application. I
got through the install problems, but now I get a cryptic error when I try to
run the application. Any Info appreciated.
