visual studio .net setup : What are these files and why are they running?

When doing spyware and virus scans, the following files keep coming up
as problems:

c:\windows\user32.dll
c:\windows\ntoskrnl.exe
\system32\fccabxu.dll
\rundll32.exe

Webpages keep loading like popups in spite of a popup blocker and
something sounds like its "running" constantly even though the
computer is idle. I got buffer overrun msgs. until the virus/spyware
scans but I'm not getting them anymore.

The virus/spyware scans say that they are renaming/deleting/repairing
things, but they are still out there. Can anyone tell me what to do
about this? thanks

Disable or uninstall your present antispyware. Download and install the
trial of sunbelt counterspy:

http://www.sunbelt-software.com/Home-Home-Office/CounterSpy/Download/

Run a scan in safe mode to be sure to get everything.

Stop posting in the wrong forum. This is a forum for visual studio
installation, not a spyware forum.
