I'm using the VS2005 setup.

I'm setting the Path of the system environment variable, so I need to
restart the target computer when the installation is done.

Can anybody tell how do I do it?

In general you shouldn't need to reboot because Windows Installer broadcasts
a settings changed message at the end of the install. I'm also thinking
your installed app hasn't started yet, so it should pick up the new
environment variables when it starts.

Visual Studio setup projects don't have a built-in way to ask for a reboot
at the end.
