I'm trying to move 300 websites from a old webserver to windows 2003.
I've seen the command "iisweb" to create new webs.
But where can i change the "log file directory" of each web using
batch-files ?

Hi.
When tying to upload images from a digial camera I get
the following message: "the maximum amopunt of time for a
script to execute was exceeded. You can change this by
changing the value in the IIS administration tools"

I am installing a web log analysis program and when I view the
logfiles folder, I see there is a number of folders within it.
W3SVC1, W3SVC2, W3SVC3, W3SVC4, W3SVC5, W3SVC6, W3SVC7, W3SVC9,
W3SVC0, W3SVC10, W3SVC11, W3SVC12, as well as SMTPSVC numbered folders
and MSFTPSVC numbered folders.

Hi all,
I have IIS 5 running on Windows 2000 Server, Service Pack 4, Hotfix
KB823980.
Or at least, it used to run!
At some point it stopped working, generating error messages in the Event Log
about WWW Publishing Service hanging during start up.

The Inetinfo.exe is increasing its use of CPU until the IIS 4 died on my
NT 4. Is it supposed to maintain a certain level as users use the my
web applications but decrease back? so what reason made it kept
increasing? About a month ago, I changed the ThreadProcess of the ASP

Does anyone know if IIS under NT 4 (not sure which SP) blocks suspected
attackers? I've written a spider that crawls through the web server reading
information from the documents. It reads 2-3 pages per second and after a
while it can longer retrieve documents from the server. It begins timing... more >>

A news search shows hundreds and hundreds of posts from people who are also
suffering from the 'Server Application Unavailable' problem with IIS 6 and
ASP.NET apps. I have read hundreds of posts on this subject and have still
